Information you choose to provide

When you request a follow-up, we collect the contact and project details you submit so Creative Custom Decks can respond. Please do not submit financial, health, government-identification, or other sensitive information.

Website chat

Messages sent through the website chat are processed by Anthropic to generate a response. If you request a follow-up from the chat, the visible conversation is included with the lead so the team has the context. Using the chat is optional; you can call or email instead.

Delivery and abuse prevention

Website enquiries are delivered through Resend. The site also uses an IP address temporarily to limit abusive submissions and excessive chat usage. The current website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
